Welcome to Good Feels. We’re a pilates studio in Kiama, NSW that focuses on more than just the physical. We offer you a space to move intentionally, create connections and ultimately- feel good in your body and mind. So that when you leave our classes, you carry those good feels with you into every moment of your day.

Feel Good

— low impact mat pilates
Our signature low impact pilates mat class designed to slow down, control the movement, connecting to the breath and deeper muscles to sculpt, tone and lengthen the body from head to toe.

Feel Strong

— power mat pilates
Designed to get the heart racing. Combining HIIT, strength & conditioning training. This class will build core strength, stamina, improve endurance and condition the entire body. Open level class with advanced progressions.

Feel the Heat

This high-intensity class combines modern Yoga practices infused with Mat Pilates exercises. Designed to strengthen both the mind and body in a heat building and flowing sequence.

Feel the Barre

A pilates mat class that fuses ballet-inspired movement with high rep combinations.

This class is designed to improve your posture and alignment by lengthening the body, all while combining conditioning and strength training.

Flow

— vinyasa

A vinyasa-style class, connecting movement with the breath. Sequencing each flow with specific intentions in mind. This class will help improve stability, build strength, increase flexibility, all whilst cultivating stillness to the mind.

Hip-Opener

— hatha

A slowed-down vinyasa practice, with an intention to hold postures for a slightly longer duration to deepen the stretch, focusing on various hip-opener poses. Perfect for those with tight hips or looking to increase flexibility.

Yoga Sculpt

— high-intensity

Perfect for those wanting to build strength and work their muscles. Expect to feel a burn in your core + legs, with some rounds of Surya Namaskars (sun salutations) to warm up the body. This class will also activate lymphatic system, and improve overall balance + stabilisation.

Meet Molly

(owner + pilates instructor)

I’ve always felt a deep connection to the health & wellness space- it was such a significant part of my upbringing, and stuck with me into adulthood. In 2019, I discovered my love for Pilates and breath work, both practices allowed me to connect with my body and mind, on a level I had never experienced before.

My hope for Good Feels is to create a holistic space for others to also find that incredible connection. So that exercise no longer feels like a chore, but rather a transformative and cultivating experience that doesn’t end once the class is complete. Leaving you with an abundance of ‘good feels’ that are carried into every aspect of your day.

We believe that feeling good is all about honouring your mind + body.

Feeling your absolute best comes when you create your own version of a healthy lifestyle. We don’t buy into the stereotypical view of what ‘health’ looks like, and we definitely don’t believe in making it a form of restriction or punishment. To put it simply- it should be about feeling your best in your mind and body, in a way that fits into your lifestyle.

Our goal is for the good feels of our classes to extend far beyond our studio walls, so that you’ll feel empowered to do the things that make you feel good in every moment of your day. We hope you’ll join us in the studio to discover what good feels is all about.
